Important Notice
Please note;
-
All deliverables, materials, and work produced (includes, but not limited to creative work, production, copywriting, communication, concepts, ideation, support, advice, or any other work carried out) remain the intellectual property of HelloBobby Marketing Consultancy LLC until all funds are settled in full.
-
You accept full responsibility for settling payments strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, unless otherwise explicitly noted, agreed upon by both parties, and stipulated in an invoice, quote, agreement, or official communication.
-
HelloBobby Marketing Consultancy LLC reserves the right to disseminate, distribute, remove, recycle, or take any other necessary action to protect its intellectual property as deemed fit until all outstanding funds are paid in full.
-
This includes ownership and access to any social media platforms, accounts, or pages that have been set up, managed, or created by HelloBobby. In the event of non-payment, HelloBobby retains full control and ownership of these accounts and reserves the right to revoke access or disable functionality until payment is received in full.
-
Failure to pay within the specified timelines prohibits the use, public showcasing, copying, or illustration of any work produced by HelloBobby Marketing Consultancy LLC, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, marketing collateral, communication materials, distributed content, and emails.
-
Furthermore, the client agrees to immediately remove any and all collateral, ideation, copy, designs, concepts, or any other work from all their platforms (including web, social media, digital, or otherwise) upon HelloBobby's request should payment not be fulfilled as agreed.
-
In the event of any dispute, difference, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with any contract, agreement, quote, or invoice, including (but not limited to) questions regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or discharge, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts ("the DIFC Courts").
